Penguins only live in southern hemisphere. Most of them live near Antarctica, however, there are a few penguins "on the southern coasts of Australia, New Zealand, and Africa, along the western coast of South America". Also note that Penguins are birds. They cannot fly, but they do swim. [A]

Polar bears, however, only lives near the north pole. Therefore, for now as of 2005, it's safe to say that penguin and polar bears never live together.
