1 Nokia N75

1.1 What operating system does Nokia N75 use?

Nokia N75 uses symbian 9.1/S60 operating system. S60 is build on top of symbian 9.1 like Gnome to linux.

1.2 I am having trouble connecting my laptop to my N75

Check if you have

the correct software installed (PC suite has different flavors for different phones)?
the correct usb-nokia cable?
the cable is correctly connected?
you've selected pc suite on your cellphone? (after you plug into your usb port, n75 asks you which app you want to you)

If you still have problems, and it's a new phone/new service, let it be for a night. In my case, it didn't work at first, but worked perfectly the morning after.
